With a background spanning healthcare, tech sales, media, experiential marketing, and advertising, Iria has built a career rooted in resilience, reinvention, and authentic connection.

She currently serves as the Manager of Live Events at Blavity Inc., where she leads corporate partnerships for AfroTech — the world’s largest global tech conference and digital platform created for Black professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators.

Beyond her corporate career, Iria has cultivated a growing digital presence centered around late blooming, ADHD, career pivots, confidence, adulthood, and self-discovery. Through lifestyle content, speaking engagements, and social storytelling, she encourages young people to pursue bold dreams unapologetically — even if their journey looks different from everyone else’s.
